Export to csv

Hi, i have the problem when the user types an “return (new line)” in the textarea that the export file for inbound.csv is broken for Example: https://picload.org/view/rwglddcr/flamingo.png.html

After “Herzlichen Dank,” comes an return.
I hope the issue is understandable.
