Trouble connecting to WordPress

My host and I are having a bear of a time getting Jetpack to connect.

I’m getting the following error:

Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site http://jacquelynbenson.com [HTTP 404]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: http://jetpack.com/support/

My host has looked into what could be causing the issue, and are unable to see anything on their end. From tech support: “I have checked the mod security details for the domain and could find there are no blacklist for JetPack. I have set the file permission for the file xmlrpc.php to our server default. I have also checked for IP blacklist for JetPack and I am not able to detect any block in our server firewall.”

They’re asking if someone there can let them know what changes exactly they need to make from their end to get the plugin working. Thanks.
