Sync not working in one site

    Hi,

    We’re using your plugin in a multisite install. In our first site, plugin is syncing fine. However, in our second site the plugins is not working:

    Sync Progress
    Account Connected: ***
    List Connected: ***
    Products: 0/90
    Orders: 0/8

    We’ve tried using two different API keys in each site but nothing changed.

    Any ideas?

    Hey @andreu,

    Thanks for the post. I’m sorry to hear that you’re running into trouble with the plugin – to dig in, could you please get back to us with your WooCommerce System Status Report for the site where the plugin is not working? Often plugin and theme conflicts can cause syncing issues, most frequently when there are other plugins installed that perform similar functions as MailChimp for WooCommerce. Additionally, if you could temporarily revert to a standard WooCommerce friendly theme and disable all other installed plugins aside from WooCommerce and MailChimp for WooCommerce, does the issue persist? If it does not, I would then suggest reactivating the other installed plugins and testing to determine which is causing trouble.

    Hi,

    I’m encountering the same issue. I’ve tried to delete the plugin, create new API key and install it again, still not synching. Unfortunately I cant change themes and disable plugins as the website is on production.

    Hey @minzer1981,

    Thank you for joining the thread and providing us with all of that information up front. I see you have Contact Form 7 installed – if you are able to disable this plugin to see if this resolves the issue, I think that is the culprit. We have heard reports from others that this plugin conflicted with MailChimp for WooCommerce. Please let us know if this helps – thanks!

    unfortunately its not helping. in the Mailchimp “connected sites” tab my site is marked as “disconnected”

    Hey there @minzer1981

    I wanted to follow up on this thread following the latest update to the plugin, version 2.0.2.

    First, I wanted to see if you were still experiencing these issues after updating to the latest version. If those issues persist, could you enable our new built-in error logging to see if we can scrape some additional information on what’s going wrong?

    For reference, that logging can be found in a new tab in the MailChimp For WooCommerce plugin settings, pictured here: https://cl.ly/172i1I2L0H2f

    Could you try replicating the error with the logs enabled and let us know if you see anything generate in those logs? It would be much appreciated as our developers review some of these syncing issues.
