Hi, you need to use latest version of woocommerce or above than 2.6.14 with WC cancel Order 2.4
if you are using woocommerce 2.6.14 then try installing WC cancel Order 2.1 or WC cancel Order 2.2
you can download older version here.

We are also having the same problem. WooCommerce is up to date, as well as the WC Cancel plugin. The cancel button isn’t showing up at all.
Hi, it’s working well with all latest updates, i have checked & verified it.
if even after updating WC Cancel Order & Woocommerce the cancel button not working then please check it with switching to default WordPress theme like twenty twelve or twenty sixteen theme or you can prepare a fresh WordPress setup on your end and cross check it.

@wdfee i checked Wc Cancel Order 2.4 with TwentySeventeen theme and
WC Version: 3.2.5
WP Version: 4.9.1
and it worked well and button showing on my orders page.
