    Hi,

    I thought everything is working great, I am able to set appointment with confirmation emails etc. but not while I am working on other things, I received emails that my appointments have been cancelled. I am not sure how come because as admin, i confirmed and as a student, I saw it displayed in my history of appointments as confirmed. So how come it got cancelled. I as admin did not cancel anything. I mean is this a bug? or did I miss to set up something for this to happen? pls let me know. thanks

    Hi @theresailetsprepare,

    Can you please go to this page on your site:
    YOURDOMAIN.COM/wp-admin/admin.php?page=app_import_export_settings

    From there you can export your Appointments settings.
    Please upload export file to any file sharing service and send me the download link so I can import it on my end and check your settings.

    Send in:

    Subject: “Attn: Predrag Dubajic”
    – Link to your export file
    – Link back to this thread for reference
    – Any other relevant urls
