WPML update (quotes)

Just a quick update on this matter.
First WP Cookie Banner is great, having it running in no time. And *WPML compatible*.

@o2xav gave a great tip https://wordpress.org/support/topic/for-those-looking-for-wpml-compatibility/ .
For those still looking for this, use that as a reference but beware of the quotes symbols (” “) since the text editor will change them to a styled versions that won’t be recognized.
