    Is it possible to only allow emails from a specific domain when submitting a ticket? We want users to only use their internal emails address and not external (yahoo, gmail, etc)

    Hi there,

    If you are asking about guest tickets, it is not possible in default functionality but you can order paid customization with us.

    Alternatively, if you have registered users, our system uses their user email address. You can ask them to change their email address to how you want.
