Thanks. UpdraftPlus has been PHP 7.0 compatible since 2015. Note that static code checkers only check what code exists, and not what code branches will be run by particular versions.
It’s helpful to search forums before posting these sorts of reports – this identical question gets asked on quite a regular basis.
