Hi,

We on our local development environment, have one WP with Integrity Theme running and with some cutom modifications done on it. Then we installed CPT UI and created a CPT named “Community”. Later we were asked to remove the post type. We could remove the posts and db table entries. How do we get the admin menu removed? I mean completely remove all traces of it from admin.

If you already deleted the posts for this “Community” post type, then all you need to do now is delete the saved CPT from CPTUI. There should be a delete button available when you’re on the “Edit post types” tab for it.

For example: https://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=cptui_manage_post_types&action=edit

I think we uninstalled CPT UI! now with a new install, it doesn’t show this “Community” post type!

Yeah, because you deactivated the plugin instead of deleting the saved post type in the option 😛
