a common mistake is to copy the wrong secret key. Have you followed these instructions to get the right one? http://docs.yithemes.com/yith-live-chat/free-version-settings/configure-firebase/

YITHActually, I followed these instructions correctly.
page 4 of link above is partially captured image of the page, settings > service account.page4 is the same page with instruction.

Different looking is secret key is shown because I click the button to show while secret key is hidden in your instruction. The reason why is I want to show I put the secret key to set is same with page, settings >service account. Maybe you’re confused with page 3 and 4.
Please, check the notice on that page 4 if that is reason or not.
