CSV download & tags

I use your widget on my cleaning company website https://www.wundercleans.com/reviews/, and had a few questions if you could answer:

1) Is there a way to CSV download (or similar) all the reviews into a spreadsheet?

2) Each client review is obviously linked to the cleaner that did that job. Is there a way (tagging or similar), where we could tag each review to a specific cleaner? And then a way to get an aggregate rating for each cleaner based on all the reviews?
