Webpage now blank

    Ah! Help please please! I just switch over my free illdy theme to a paid hatch theme and now I can’t access my dashboard and the web page is blank! http://www.nursescan.com

    This the message I got shortly before everything fell apart:
    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Access your hosting using some FTP program or cPanel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the folder containing that paid theme. WP should default to TwentySixteen or so, and you should get your access back.

    FTP – Filezilla, your hosting provider Dreamhost, doesn’t have classic cPanel. Instead it has this – https://panel.dreamhost.com/
    You’ll need your FTP or login credentials. If you don’t have it, contact your hosting support.
