Help – MailChimp Integration

    Hi there,

    Using Optin Forms, have added the form to the page, added the form action URL to the plugin and set up placement/form design etc.

    However, after testing I cannot see the subscribers coming through to the MailChimp list?

    Something I’m missing?

    Hi Sophie,

    Can you send over the URL to your website ( the page where the form is located ) and I’ll give it a try, should give me some indication on what’s happening.

    Hi Sophie,

    It appears that you are not using MailChimp as your email marketing platform.

    The form points to MailMunch, not MailChimp.

    Hi Sophie,

    Just tried it out, I got directed to the MailChimp subscription page, received the confirmation email and confirmed the subscription.

    So everything seems to be working fine.

    Can you check the subscribers and see if I’m there, the email address is skust***ovic@gmail.com

    Hi,

    I recently installed Optin Forms and wanted to check the URL to my website please. The instructions to add the MailChimp URL code from the embedded form in the Naked form shows the “http://” parameters missing.

    This is the code for the URL: “//tonyfahkry.us15.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=3e330ef30169988632f55e085&id=6891ddfc73”

    Do I need to add http:// to the URL?

    That is the correct URL ( without the http:// ).

    By the way, if you have any other questions please submit a separate support request. One reason being to keep everything organized and the second more important reason is to get faster support since the new request would show at the top and I can’t miss it, unlike this one which is down the list.
