There is no way in the free plugin to restrict a list of products to a particular user. However, with the EDD and WC add-ons we know which products a user has purchased – but even then we don’t restrict the list since it prevents existing customer from submitting a pre-sales question about another product. We’re working on making that restriction an option in those add-ons though. But the enhancement (when its ready) will only be available with the WooCommerce and EDD add-ons.
