I had a look at your site, and you only seem to have one widget in your home page’s footer widget area. That widget is added by the Mailchimp for WordPress plugin.
If you’d like to use Jetpack’s Mailchimp pop up form widget, you’ll need to drag it to the footer widget area on your home page, and then paste the code you can generate from Mailchimp’s form creator, as explained here:

I’m confused – the article you link to (https://en.support.wordpress.com/mailchimp/) tells how to do this on a wordpress.com account. I have a wordpress.org site, and I do not see the option to add a mailchimp pop up widget at all. Jetpack is updated to current version.
@christyherself Could you make sure the Extra Sidebar Widgets module is enabled on your site? Once the module is enabled, you should see the widget in your widget settings.
You can search for the module under Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard. Search for “widgets” using the searchform at the top of the list.
Hi, I followed all the instructions and I have the mailchimp code but I dont know where to put it in the widget. If I drag the widget in a page I can put the code. But if I drag the widget to the footer, I cant see where to paste the code. Please help!!!
