Chat Agent not the Admin

    Hi,

    I know in the free version we can have only one agent so my question is: Can this agent be another user and not the administrator of the site. Can we create a user and give capabilities only for chat operation ?

    Hi there

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    The basic version will allow you to select which user you want to be a chat agent. The user that installs the plugin will be made the chat agent by default though.
