There is a column for renaming and deleting files. In manager mode and as an administrator you will see a column on the right with the delete option.
for bulk move you select the files, choose move, then traverse the folders to where you want to go. You have to select the root folder first then you can see the next level of folders and select from there and continue until you get to your desired folder. And finally choose the file away button to move them.
Enable Bulk Action mode at the bottom. Once enabled, you click on the table row of all the files you want to delete, then you select “Delete” from the bulk action dropdown, then the File Away button.
Interesting…thanks, that does work. Is there any reason not to allow a setting that enables bulk mode by default?
Thinking a little about the sequence of how the “move” works, I find it is a bit unclear: once you select the files you are interested in moving, scroll back to the bottom and select “Move”, and then click “file away” (which I think could be more clearly changed to say “Move” or “Go” while the Move option is selected), the Destination Directory drop-down the appears on the left. Once selected, you go back over to the “File away” button on the right. This becomes a lot of movement: up to the files, down to the buttons, right to select “Move”, left to select the folder, then right again to click “File Away”.
I think it would easier to follow (basically left-to-right) if the “Bulk Action mode” stuff was on the bottom left to start with, and the next step (destination directory) appeared to its right.
Thoughts?
