So, please:
- Share your site’s URL.
- Share the names of the plugins currently installed and active on your site.
- Are you using the widget, the [wpp] shortcode and/or the wpp_get_mostpopular() template tag?
- Share the configuration you’re using.

WPP is trying to get the Featured Image from your popular posts and pages and since it can’t find them then it displays the “No thumbnail” image.
Did you set a featured image for these posts?

The former developer didn’t use the featured image, that’s why it doesn’t work.
