Duplicates when adding images to portfolio

    I’m finding that if I add more than 1 image at a time from the media library, I’m getting duplicates show up. It’s quite inconsistent. Sometimes, anything more than 1 image added causes this and sometimes anything more than 3-5 images causes it. I just selected 5 images to add and ended up with 11 being added.

    How can I diagnose what’s going on? I need to create 6 portfolios each of which has well over a hundred images and it’s going to be too time-consuming to do them all one-by-one.
