    Hi guys,

Sync wasn’t working (running 1.04) so we updated to 1.1. Immediately the site went down (Server 500 error). Here’s the fatal error:

[09-Mar-2017 01:25:06 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_raw_referer() in /home/sharkshield/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce-keep/includes/class-mailchimp-woocommerce-service.php on line 373

Can you let us know how to fix this so we can restore functionality asap?
    Thanks in advance.
    Best,

    Santiago.-

  • Hey @santiagomelluso,

Thanks for reaching out. That’s definitely not ideal and I’ll be happy to take a closer look.

First, to totally rule out any potential environmental conflicts, could you please reply back here with the following information?

    – What version of PHP are you using?
    – What version of MySQL?
    – What theme is installed?
    – What other extensions/plugins are active (a screenshot or list would work here, whichever is easier)
    – Does your setup otherwise meet WooCommerce’s server requirements, noted here?

Thanks! I look forward to hearing back.

    Warm Regards,

    Pearl

Hey, i have the same problem and error when i active the plugin today.

    Hi @matibrufa,

Thanks for the post – do you mind getting back to us with that requested information about your specific set up, as well? That will allow us to rule out any potential environmental conflicts and begin the trouble shooting process.

    Thank you!

    Pearl

It is already solved! It was a compatibility issue with version 4.4 of WordPress

    Hi @matibrufal and @santiagomelluso,

Thanks for these posts – after taking a look at that specific function and our changelog, it appears that it very well may be a simple WP version conflict. we went ahead and passed this information along internally to our devs to investigate further. We won’t be able to provide an ETA for resolution, but we will do our best to reply back here and let everyone know once this specific version conflict has been resolved. Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.

    Warm Regards,

    Pearl

I had this exact problem happen on 3/10/17 when I tried to install the plugin. It totally shut me out of the admin part of my site and the only way I resolved the problem was by deleting the plugin at the file level.

I have the same issue, I activated the plugin but when I input the API to connect Mailchimp, I get a blank white screen.. We are using WordPress Version 4.7.3

Hey everyone, thanks for chiming in so we can continue monitoring this feedback!

@djyennie Thanks for letting us know. I’ll go ahead and pass your case along to our team so we can continue monitoring volume as well as working towards a solution to push out as soon as possible.

@kesly13 since the errors so far have been related to the 4.4 version of WordPress, I’d like to gather a few more details to rule any other possible causes. When you get the chance, could you reply back with these details?

    – What version of PHP is running on the site?
    – What version of MySQL is running on the site?
    – What theme is activated on the site?
    – Could you provide a list of the activated plugins on the site?

Thanks in advance for this. We’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

    – Malachite

    Thank you for the response.

I will exit to this thread because i found annew thread that is more related with my issue here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/white-screen-of-death-164/#topic-8866008-replies

    Thanks!

Thanks for your help and suggestions! A developer managed to fix this, apparently it was a plugin conflict. That being said, the plugin is installed and working now but it doesn’t sync. This also happened before the update. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Hi @santiagomellusm @matibrufal, and @djyennie @kesly13 !

I wanted to follow up with all of you and let you know that MailChimp for WooCommerce version 1.1.1 is now live. Thanks again for your patience while we worked some kinks out on our end. Updating your plugin to the latest version should eliminate any conflicts with WordPress v. 4.4. That being said, if any odd behavior persists after updating to the latest version of our plugin please open a new thread and include all of the requested environmental details about your specific setup. That will allow us to troubleshoot any other issues that may be occurring.

Additionally – @santiagomelluso – I see that in your case you’re still running into a syncing issue. To better address this, reaching out to MailChimp support with those requested environmental details would be ideal. Could you please reach out to the MailChimp support team to allow them to check out the connected MailChimp account on their end? Steps to do so are outlined here, if needed: http://kb.mailchimp.com/accounts/management/mailchimp-support-options#Contact-Support

    Thank you!

    Pearl
