User Ending Chat & Online Status

    Hi, just installed. Love it.

    1) How does a user end the chat? I do not see any button that says “end chat.”

    2) Do I have to be logged into my wp site and have it open to be available to chat? If so, then when I log out, site will say “unavailable?”

    Hi there

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    1) User’s can only minimize the chat at this point in time. Agents can end the chat though.

    2) Yes, you’ll need to be logged into your site in order for the chat to be online, and for you to be able to accept chats.
