It’s possible the local storage has been corrupted somehow. Please go to WP Admin > POS > Settings > Tools > Clear all local data (make sure POS is not open in another tab). This will clear the local data and allow you to access the POS as new.
Thanks for your answer.
Is this also an issue if i use POS on 2 different computers? should i clear local data on both?
This didnt help btw. still can’t find alot of products somehow..
I have the same problem…
I am using Woocommerce POS only to scale the amount of products sold in the physical store (by scanning the barcode), to synchronize inventory with the site (a database with 2400 products).
These two errors happen frequently
ERROR #1)
Sometimes Woocommerce POS can not find the product scanned via barcode, although the barcode scanner read it correctly. This thing occurs at least 2 or 3 times a day.
ERROR #2)
Sometimes, after scanning a barcode, the “quantity” field shows the wrong quantity, (sometimes 2 instead of one, or 12 or 70, completely at random). This happens regardless of what type of product scanned.
Wordpress 4.7.3
