    Hello, I recently installed event tickets to manage the event tickets, but although the reservation is done correctly, I do not receive notifications of the reservations made through event tickets, when a user makes a reservation, a message arrives informing him (:-)), but I can not That gets you nothing to the organizer email or to the WP administrator email (:-(). I have configured tickets to events with RSVP and installed the “easy wp smtp” as suggested in some forums, but I still receive nothing. The easy wp smtp is correctly configured because of the other forms on the page if they are sent correctly and user mail too. I dont need woocommerce in this site. Somebody could help me? Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi @take2k3,

    Great question!

    By default, tickets are sent to the user who submits the RSVP – but are not sent to the site administrator.

    You can of course view the attendee screen for each event that has tickets to get a current list of attendees.
