Import FB comments doesn’t work

Hello,

Importing FB comments doesn’t work anymore.

FB has blocked my account, asking me to put my real name and I did it.
Then the plugin stopped working so I had to remove and add my FB account again, and reauthorize my FB account.

Posting automatically works, but importing comments doesn’t work anymore from that moment.

Maybe a bug, or did I miss something?

Will it work if you click “Import comments” button manually?

Where is the “import comments” button ? I searched everywhere but I can’t find it.

I can assure you I don’t have that button in my admin section. And I’m using Version 3.7.15 of SNAP.

Do you have “Comments Import” activated in both- plugin general settings and each network settings?

Yes, I did follow the instructions.

Here are the screenshots. I’m trying to import FB comments only.

Can I see the full (with the “posted” link) screenshot from the same Facebook account in the “Edit Post” ?

The thing is I don’t have that button in my admin page.

The full screenshot is the one I sent to you. If you look at the right side, the screenshot is full.

Sorry, but it’s not full.

Your screenshot is missing the whole top row with label, “Posted” link and buttons.

Plugin can import comments from the post made by the plugin. If you don’t have the “Posted on….” link, it means plugin did not make a post to Facebook have nowhere to import comments from.

If you don’t even have the “Post to Facebook” button, it means your WP post is not even published.

PS: Just to avoid a confusion. This screenshot is from the WordPress “Edit Post” page of existing post that was previously autoposted by the plugin.

And here is what I have in the Log/History. There are no errors, the last post was posted of FB and Twitter. But no comments imported.
