Are you sure your WordPress is sending the emails?
You can check this ie. with this plugin: https://pl.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
Just also the site is a intranet site so would that be a factor as well
It doesn’t matter. Is your website sending fine any other emails (from other plugins etc.)?
Well I install both plugins and I yet to receive a email trigged from the plugin about a new post t

@kramsay I found a bug with Administrator recipient and it’s fixed in last release (version 2.4). Please let me know if it fixes your problem.

You can switch to the text mode and replace http://transitwireless.local/hello-world with {permalink}
Weird then because whenever I post something new in the post it doesn’t trigger the email
Do you mean the new post is not triggering the notification?
As I asked before – is your WordPress sending any other email? You can easily test by trying to reset your password.

If your website is not sending any other emails (you didn’t get the password reset email) then problem is not with Notification plugin but your server configuration.
