Hello and thanks for the plugin,

The plugin is not working in my case, it is showing load more button even though “on scroll” option is selected. In addition, when I click on that load more button, all my comments disappear and I see blank space instead of my comments.

Have there been reports about such behavior previously?

Any caching plugin is active? Can you share an example link?

Hello, Joel.

I have W3Total Cache installed together with Autoptimize.

I can show you the screenshots, so basically when the plugin is activated it shows the load more button even when the on scroll option is selected in settings.

When I click load more there is a loading animation and suddenly an empty space with nothing at all. See the screenshot below.

Hi @rkhudoyberdiev,

Can you try clearing the entire cache after saving Lazy Loading settings? Then share an URL where I can see this live?
