• Is there anyway to allow the worker to create their availability in a Weekly manner and not in “bulk”?

Hello @iwaluca, hope all is well!

Service providers can edit their own hours. To do this, go to Appointments > Settings >Accessibility Settings and set Allow service provider set working hours to Yes. Please see the screenshot:

Once it is set, service providers can set their working hours on their Profile page:

It’s only possible to set up a schedule for the week ahead. If the next week service provider has a different schedule, working hours need to be edited at the end of the week.

Let me know if you have any further questions!

    Cheers,

On the profile I know you can define this, but I was looking for something more schedule oriented. Like:
    Service Provider X, can be available on Feb 15th from 1 to 2 and 3 to 4pm. March 12th from 1 to2, 2 to 3, 4 to 5.
And set it up in advance.
    Is that possible?

    Hello iwalucas,

I’m afraid this is not possible. You can set up exceptional working days and non-working days, but there is no way to setup different working hours for different dates.

Maybe you can use dummy providers with exceptional hours and for them setup exceptional working days o those dates and for normal service provide on those days non-working days?

    kind regards,
    Kasia
