    For some reasons i can’t see all reports anymore, all data are disapper. That means i lost evrything? Now the plug in it’s working again but it starts again from 0 data.

    Hi,

    we usually get this kind of support requests at the beginning of the month. Please keep in mind that by default Slimstat will show metrics for THE CURRENT MONTH. So you might be seeing very little data being today the beginning of the month. You can use the Filter Bar to set a different time range, or use our premium add-on to set different default filters to use.

    I set as time range from january to april, but i’m still seeing just the last 20 days, i don’t see stats from 18 march why? I’m not using any filter maybe i have to do something with filter to show all stats from when i istalled the plug in until now without loosing nothing? Can you please tell me what do you mean with premium add-on, do you delete stats if i don’t have any premium plan? Can i send to you the website access, or can you help me to buy a plan where i can see all stats not just the last 30days? Thank you
