    Hello Gerald,

    Can you tell me what is content of the popup? I tested now PopUp on my lab site and it displays content without problem.
    On your site div that wraps content is empty so it looks like content is not loading at all – its not hidden – so I’m wondering what type of content it is. Let me know.

    Hello Gerald,

    This is more strange.

    Please first try to change loading method in the PopUp settings

    Select Page Footer or Ajax depending what you have now.

    If that will not help please run plugin/theme conflict test (disable all other plugins and switch to default WordPress theme like 2017). If then it will work start enabling plugin one after one until it breaks again – this way you will know what plugin is conflicting.
