Plugin only works after I refresh the page

I am using the free version of the plugin. The plugin only seems to kick-in once I refresh the page. In more detail I click on a product, load up the product page then I see the product image ( one product in particular it doesn’t even load the image to hover/zoom), I then refresh the page and then it works.

Q: Is this because I am using the free version. Or should this be working on the free version?

Q: Has anyone else encountered this problem before?

P.S: I don’t have a url to show you because I am working on a local environment.
