Only shows Offline message

    My chat is currently set to “offline only”. I never changed the setting, how do I get it to show online?

    Hi there

    You’ll need to login to your WordPress dashboard for the chat to go online.

    Please note that only the user who installed the plugin (this is the default) will be made a chat admin. You can however change this under ‘Live Chat’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Agents’.

    Hi,

    I am logged in to wp-admin and the live chat shows that a visitor is active.
    but it shows offline on chat box on client side.

    Hi @kfaizan09

    Do you have any caching plugins enabled on your site?

    Please visit the front end of your site, right click on the page, click ‘Inspect’ and then on the ‘Console’ tab. Are there any JavaScript errors on the page? Would you mind sending a screenshot of this through?
