Error: Invalid MailChimp List ID:

If a user tries to subscribe a second time they get a message to send themselves a link. When they click on the message they get this error: ✕ Error sending update profile email. Error: Invalid MailChimp List ID: . Please contact the site administrator.
I have the form ID. Is there a place to enter it?Thank you!

Happy New Year.
It seems like there is a disconnect between the double opt-in and your MailChimp list. I’m not sure what the problem is. My first approach would be to re-create your form and replace the current one with the new one; sometimes changes in MailChimp can affect our forms. Is this too much to try?
Also, could you send a URL to your site so I can see the error myself?

I remade the form and replaced the old one but I get the same error. Any other suggestions?

Sorry that didn’t work! I’m not sure what the issue is but for some reason the list id is not being returned. I’m going to test it on your site which will involve me subscribing and unsubscribing from your newsletter; I hope that’s alright.

I’m still not sure what the issue is. Could you try clearing the API cache (instructions here: https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/api-cache-settings/).
You’re using the latest version of the plugin (v6.2.4), correct?

Checking in to say I’m still not sure what the issue is, but we’re releasing a big plugin update in the next coming weeks that changes the flow for subscribed users re-subscribing. So if we can’t find out the issue, at least you know there will be a fix by the end of the month.
