Great for insulating contributors from WordPress

In my original review I commented about support challenges. Recently I ran into a css problem that I couldn’t figure out and their support engineer helped me with excellent support that resolved the problem.

With this plugin I was able to set up a few pages that allow non-WordPress users to create and edit posts and control when they get published. I did a lot of research and could not find anything like it. Once it was set up correctly it’s working great.

The not so good news is that it took a lot of patience and many exchanges with the developer to work through the issues I was running into. It was complicated by them being in another timezone so all responses were a day apart. None the less, the developer was patient and tried to help me. I finally figured out on my own the one issue that made it all click. But the developer helped with all my other questions. After the learning experience with the free plugin I purchased the Pro version once I saw everything working as I needed.

If this plugin were not as good as it is I would have rated it much lower because of the support chalenges. My advice is to be patient if you run into problems. The developer will work through it with you.
