I have a problem with the attachments..!

    Hi,

    When the users creating a new ticket they can’t insert attachment file,
    the attachment file button has disappeared..!
    Please help me..

    Hi:

    What other plugins do you have installed? Can you try this after switching to the 2015/2016/2017 theme and turning off other plugins? We need to see if there is a conflict somewhere. Usually when something has disappeared its because of a conflict with another plugin generally involving javascript.

    (If you open your Browser Console you’ll probably see a javascript error.)

    Let me know what you find.

    Hi:

    I found the problem, it wasn’t because of plugins or themes or javascript errors,
    it was because of users role, when the new user registering on my site the default role of him it’s (subscriber) when i’m changing his role to (support user) then he can insert attachments.
