Fatal Error in rewrite.php line 510

    Upon plugin activation I get the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function wp_rewrite_rules() on null in /home/public_html/mywebsite.com/wp-includes/rewrite.php on line 510

    PHP Version: 5.6

    These errors are caused by the “The Events Calendar” plugin and “Genesis Framework Child Themes”. Disable it if possible. We are looking for a solution.

    Same problem with “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” observed ..

    Hi,

    I have the same Problem. I’m on PHP 7.
    are there any further hints to a solution?
    I use the Page Builder by SiteOrigin Plugin but I cannot deactivate it. Both plugins should be worked together.
    I’ve tested it also on a site wothout the mentioned plugins and it does not work either.

    Edit: I found a workaround:
    The function url_to_postid() gots the error in file dsplite_theme_switch.php:30. So I commented the function and set $ID=0; now it works. But I’m not sure which implications this have.

    Hi, I am trying to evaluate this plugin but facing the same error; causing error 500. I tried @dark_yodaman workaround but its not working. Is there a solution to this other than deactivating Event Calendar ? Thanks
