no way to import user from mailchimp?

I’m afraid that Jetpack doesn’t allow you to import subscribers from a third-party service at the moment. We plan on adding an import option to the plugin in the future, but we’ll need to make sure this option is spam-proof first. You can follow our progress on this here:

To make it easy for your existing subscribers to subscribe again using Jetpack Subscriptions in the meantime, I would suggest the following:

1. Create a new Page on your site, named “Subscribe”

2. Insert the following shortcode in the page content:
[jetpack_subscription_form]

3. Send a link to that page to all your existing Mailchimp subscribers, to allow them to subscribe using Jetpack Subscriptions.

can I modify confirm mail?

You can customize the contents of the subscription confirmation emails by going to Settings > Reading in your dashboard, and scrolling to the bottom of the page.

The rest of the emails (buttons, links, …) use your site’s language, as set under Settings > General in your dashboard.

In more website I see a little subscribe bar, and this appear only when I scroll page in top direction. Is – I think – a bar by jetpack, but I cannot found a setting to enable.

Could you point me to a website which such a subscription option, so I can see if this is indeed built with Jetpack?
