This is possible, Users with existing membership levels are able to go to their ‘account’ page and click on ‘change’ to change their level or they may go to the level select page and select a new level.
It’s a similar process to signing up for the first time, but some data is carried over to the checkout page for existing users 🙂

Thanks. So If I want to allow existing customers to change levels using one click, I would just add the url linked to the change link, to a designated button?
You can do that which will take the users to that level checkout page and upgrade the user once they successfully checkout 🙂
