Hi, thanks for trying my plugin, and I appreciate that you didn’t give a bad review right away but came here for help first. 😉
So from what I can see, you have selected “#aboutmenu” as the element you want to be sticky, but I don’t see any element on that page with ID “aboutmenu“.
Can you tell me what part you want to make sticky exactly, and on which page(s) it appears?
It’s possible that Divi does not assign the ID to the block you want, maybe it already has an ID? In that case, try assigning a classname of “aboutmenu” (instead of an ID) to the element, and then set “.aboutmenu” in the plugin as the sticky element.
Hi Mark! Thanks so much for the quick reply.
Okay, I tried adding a class name like you said, but that also did not work. I am trying to make the menu under the header image on the “About Us” page the sticky element.
When I use the developer tool in Chrome, I can see that it’s possibly trying to make it stick, but it’s not sticking. I’m attaching an image with what I’m seeing in the code. Any ideas from this?

Ah, ok, I see the issue now. It looks like this menu does get sticky once it reaches the top of the page….but the main menu is blocking it from view.
I suggest you enter a value of 80 in the field “space between sticky element and top of page” in the plugin settings, and then you should be able to see it.
Let me know if that helps!
Oh Mark! You’re genius! What an easy fix, and I can’t believe I didn’t notice that.
Thanks so much! Great plugin and outstanding support!
Glad it’s sorted! Sometimes, “easy” fixes aren’t that easy to see. 🙂
