ok, work, but… flush time?

i’ve disabled a plugin, refresh page, turn back active again!
test,k retest, … remove this memcache plugin and “ok, plugin is deactivate”.
turn back in content directory and… plugin is again active :/

so, memcache work but i cannot found a setting or time delay to flush 😛
