Hi

There is a pdf document with fill in fields that our hobby society uses.
Now, I’m the one who has to fill them in manually.

Is there a way for the members to just fill in a WordPress web page and the pdf gets automatically filled in?

Yes, of course there is a way to do so. But for that you have to come up with more information.
There is no plugin to do so, means you need a developer for that. I am ready to help.

Have you considered using a form and generating a PDF from it? See https://wordpress.org/plugins/formidablepro-2-pdf/ which works with the Formidable form plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/formidable/

There are also other PDF addons for formidable https://www.google.com/search?q=formidable+pdf

@bdbrown I am looking to help @mitsuba. I guess its sort of customize thing. Just want info of PDF format and wordpress page, so that I can provide code snippet to @mitsuba.
