Hi,
Please can you send us a copy of the restoration log? This log can be found in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of the site via FTP.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

Hi,
Thanks. The restore log appears to be this one:
pastebin.com/embed_js/Vd6nBzbH
This has the line:
0000.007 () Restore job started. Entities to restore: plugins, themes, uploads, others. Restore options:
The database (db) is not listed as having been chosen for restoration. This is where WordPress stores site content, including page content. As such, since it wasn’t restored, the result you received – that restoring did not change the page content – is thus the expected result.

I think this is the one that I didn’t use the database option. However, there was indeed one backup that I made that I picked the database option.
I’m going to try again
