Can not import

I was able to download a CSV file of my products. I created a clone of the file, removed all products and kept the column headers. I then added one new product as a test. The import function just grinds endlessly. I don’t get an error message, just a status bar that never completes.

The test file was saved as a CSV with UTF-8 encoding
