Problems with OpenTickets after Updates

Hello,
I used OpenTickets last year and it served me will. So first of all, Kudos for that.
But now, unfortunately, I have a problem. After not using it for a long time, I made a backup yesterday and updated my WordPress installation and all plugins (WooCommerce, OpenTickets, etc.). After that I started to create a ticket, but I cannot set a date for my event. OpenTickets is just not saving the date. After adding the start and end-date and hitting save, the forms are blank again.
What I tried:
Reinstall OpenTickets -> no joydeleted all tickets and products and created new ones -> no joy
deleted the new Version and uploaded my backup -> I am able to set the dates with the old installation, but I am not able to generate tickets. I am getting the message:
“An error has occurred while attempting to view the ticket
None of the tickets for this order could be found.”In my order view I can see, that no event is assigned to the order.
As I am not completely familiar with OpenTickets, I am running out of thoughts. I would like uninstall everything, including database entries, and start from scratch. But I don’t know, how to do this. Any other tip is welcome off course.
