Preview mobile site on desktop

    Do you use Google Chrome? If so, their Developer tools are probably the easiest way to preview your site from a mobile device.

    Here is a quick way to access Google Chrome’s mobile tools:
    http://i.wpne.ws/hxBX

    1. Right-click
    2. Click on “Inspect element”
    3. Click on the little mobile icon in the toolbar that appears.
    4. Pick the phone you want to emulate.

    If you use Firefox, they have similar tools, as described here:
    https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Responsive_Design_Mode

    Thanks Jeremy, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to allow me to see the mobile version of the site, just the desktop version within the dimensions of a device.

    EDIT: Never mind. if I load the site after choosing a device the site loads as the mobile version.
