Settings Not Updating

    Hi – I installed the plugin and updated the settings for the tab name, URL and Color. However it doesn’t update. Do you know why that is and how i can get it to update? I currently have it disabled since it’s not working. Thank you in advance.

    Hello @dwang1109,

    Are you using any kind of page caching? That would delay the tab from displaying. If you share a link to the site, I can take a closer look.

    … Do you mean that the tab isn’t displaying or the settings are not saving?

    the tab shows up but it’s the default text and color. the settings doesn’t save. I’ve deactivated it for now since it’s not working. I cleared all history/cache and even tried in IE, Chrome and FF.

    That sure seems strange. Are you able to change and save settings in other plugins? Can you provide a link to the site so I can take a look?

    yes, it’s Certona.com. Does it need to be activated?

    I just reactivated it and it’s working now.
