I was forced to create a new server for my blog for security reasons and when I moved everything over, the visitor stats from WordPress in Jetpack did not transfer over with it.

My stats go all the way back to 2008 and have moved servers once before when I moved my site. Is there any way to have the stats from the previous server also moved to the new server? What can I do to have access to my stats going back to 2008? Thanks.

I needed to disconnect again and now it won’t even reconnect to jetpack. I click the button to accept, click go back to site, then it won’t connect when I return to my dashboard.

    Could you try the following?

    1. Go to the Plugins menu in your dashboard.
    2. Deactivate and then delete the Jetpack plugin.
    3. Re-install the plugin.
    4. Activate it.
    5. Try to connect again.

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for giving it a try!

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.

    Thanks!
