I am using the latest version of the Waiting plugin (0.3.9.6) and WordPress (4.6.1). I have 1 countdown configured. Whenever I modify any settings for the countdown and hit “Save”, the “Countdown To” value increments by 1 hour. So, if my timer was set to March 9th at 2:30, hitting save will change it to March 9th at 3:30. If I edit the timer again and hit save, it will change it to 4:30. Any insight would be great!

Hi, that’s weird. What timezone is your WordPress in and what Timezone have you set in the countdown?

Thanks for the quick response. My WordPress timezone is set to Los Angeles and is showing the correct local time. The Waiting plugin has Timezone set to WordPress.

Just to test things out, I installed the plugin on a separate WordPress installation with the default timezone set (UTC+0) and it is incrementing with each save in this installation as well.

I’ll look into it, no one has reported this before. This was an issue during development, but I had fixed it, I’ll try to reproduce and fix.

Hello. I am just following up on this. Were you able to reproduce? Thanks!

Unfortunately, no. I’ve tried in 3 of my servers and couldn’t.

If you don’t edit countdown after creating, just decrease your time by 1 hour and save. Else use other plugin, may be T(-) countdown or Uji countdown, sorry.
