comments not publishing

It is not possible to publish a comment on my 2 sites atuavidanosastros.com and aprendizdeastrologia.com since some weeks. The form to comment is there but, when we click to send, it gives a 404 ‘ups, that page does not exist». also, related posts don’t work. We can see them when previewing the post but after publishing, they don’t appear. I found today that my Ip addresses are blacklisted in 4 lists : Black list nameUpdate time, minDescription (TXT)zen.spamhaus.org15https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/166.62.109.21cbl.abuseat.org35Blocked – see http://www.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=166.62.109.21sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org15https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/166.62.109.21xbl.spamhaus.org15https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/166.62.109.21
although my sites are not compromised, but i heve a share hosting and other site is spaming and redirecting . My hosting told me that would fix this as soon as possible and I don’t know if this has something to do with this problem.Thanks

Although i am having some issues with wordfence plugin, I decided that security is more important and reinstalled the plugin. Made a scan and the plugin sent me an alert about unknown files at wp includes : Could not delete file wp-includes/theme-compat/comments-popup.php. The error was: unlink(/home/content/p3pnexwpnas03_data03/06/2972006/html/wp-includes/theme-compat/comments-popup.php): Permission denied
I could not fix this issue. Someone can give any insights about this? thanks

Hi there!

I tried to leave a comment on one of your sites, and got the error you mentioned. This is most likely caused by one of the 2 security plugins you use on your site, Better WP Security or WordFence.

I’d suggest deactivating one of them first. You probably don’t need 2 security plugins on the same site. You can select the one you prefer based on the different options you’ve enabled in each plugin.

Once you’ve deactivated and deleted the plugin you won’t be using, try leaving a comment again. If the issue still exists, check the remaining plugin’s options, and try turning each option off, one at a time, until you find what’s causing the issue.

I’d recommend that you get in touch with the WordFence team about this, as they’ll be more familiar with that error.

Another alternative would be to reinstall WordPress from scratch, as your current installation seems to include files that were removed from WordPress a few versions again.
