Hello dear shelleyiocona, our plugin is specially made to not remove anything, so even if you completely removed the plugin all gallerias would be saved in your data base.
If you pressed on update button and all galleries gone then that means
1) your database cleaned all our tables ( which is not possible)
2) you have js error on the backend and just don’t see the galleries but they are still there
You may give this issue to the developers and they find out what had happened info@huge-it.com
I appreciate the reply but ask that you look into this. I resolved it by restoring a backup copy of the database.
To be clear: the plugin wiped the content from the database.
A few things occurred when using the plugin after the data wipe:
1. I went through a number of “security check” messages that created a blank screen when in portfolio. I deactivated the plugin and reactivated it to remove the “security check” messages.
2. The ‘Item Saved’ message disappeared when saving portfolio.
If you will need future updates, please contact us info@huge-it.com we will help with it
Thanks
