Display only the Form

How can I get the form to display without the string of reviews under it?

I’m not looking to cloak anything with css, just thought perhaps the shortcode [WPCR_INSERT] could be amended to stop the reviews from showing (on screen or in HTML).

Also is there anyway to show to review summary from one page on another. For example I have a client who has a testimonials page for their service, ideally I’d have this markup on the homepage. Or perhaps because the URL within the review is set to the home page this markup would apply correctly regardless of where Google finds the Schema?
